My teaching is rooted in the art of balance—between structure and softness, movement and stillness, discipline and ease. With a lifelong background in movement as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, I bring an embodied understanding of both strength and fluidity to my classes.
With over a decade of experience in both practice and teaching, my approach to the mat is grounded in study and shaped by the guidance of my teachers—Ame Wren, Daniel Max, and Tim Kelleher.

My classes are influenced by my teachers and my continued studies in vinyasa, meditation, restorative, Iyengar, and Katonah yoga. Each of these lineages have shaped the way I sequence, cue, and hold space.
Expect a steady rhythm of breath and movement, intelligent sequencing, thoughtful alignment cues, and space to pause, listen, and reflect. My classes are designed to meet you where you are, so you leave feeling more open, more grounded, and more at home in your body.
